Welcome to Ocean

A little blue-and-white world on the beach

Painted stripes, raffia lamps and a wooden boat under the Ocean sign: our corner of Stalis (also spelled Stalida) is built for slow days by the water. Poseidon himself sits at the entrance, trident in hand, to point you to your table, and the sunbeds on our stretch of sand are free for guests who eat or drink with us.

The kitchen runs on two things, fish and meat, cooked simply on the grill and served with a sea view. The bar keeps the cocktails coming from 10:00 until last orders at 01:00, every day of the season.

Right on the beach

Step off the sand onto the deck. Sunbeds and umbrellas on our stretch of Stalis beach are free when you order, and drinks come to your lounger.

Hands down one of the best, if not the best cocktails we have had while in Crete. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, would 100% come back here!

This place was one of our favourites. Offering free sun beds, delicious food, beautiful surroundings and the best cocktails. The staff were all amazing, especially George and the bar man being our favourites. Gave us such a warm welcome and made our night. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow, this place is a hidden gem! We ate here once as a dine-in and once as a takeaway. Food was delicious and staff were very attentive. We came here every day for the free sun beds and umbrellas and the location was perfect! Staff providing food and drink to the sun beds all day, absolutely perfect. Thank you!
